Introduction

Welcome to MondoTrip, your platform for booking ride-sharing, airport transfers, city tours, and day tours. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Our Services

MondoTrip provides a platform for booking travel services, including:

• Ride-sharing, searchable by location with vehicle selection and available vehicle booking.
• Airport transfers, city tours, and day tours.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.

Booking and Payment

All bookings, including ride-sharing, airport transfers, and tours, must be made at least 24 hours in advance. When you book a service, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount at the time of booking using our secure payment system.
• Provide accurate details, including pick-up locations, travel dates, and vehicle preferences.
• Comply with any additional terms provided by our travel partners (e.g., vehicle providers or tour operators).

Prices are subject to change based on availability, location, and vehicle type. All payments are non-transferable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are subject to the following:

• Full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service.
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the service or no-shows.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

MondoTrip is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle issues), but we will work with our partners to provide alternatives where possible.

User Responsibilities

When using MondoTrip's services, you agree to:

• Respect the rules and policies of our travel partners (e.g., vehicle providers, tour operators).
• Arrive on time for scheduled services, as delays may result in service cancellation without refund.
• Not engage in behavior that is harmful, illegal, or disruptive during services.

Limitation of Liability

MondoTrip acts as a platform connecting you with travel service providers. We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers.
• Personal injury, property damage, or losses during services, except as required by law.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by users or third parties.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
